Delta VFD13AME43AFSAA is a high-performance closed-loop vector inverter from the AME series, engineered for precision motion control in industrial automation applications with three-phase 380–460V input and 13kW rated output power. It adopts advanced closed-loop vector control technology with encoder feedback (PG card optional), achieving ultra-high speed regulation accuracy (±0.01% of rated speed), rapid dynamic response (rise time <10ms), and excellent low-speed torque performance (150% rated torque at 0rpm), meeting the stringent control requirements of precision machinery. The inverter supports multiple control modes including speed control, torque control, position control, and speed/torque switching, with configurable electronic gear ratio for synchronous operation with mechanical systems. It is equipped with abundant I/O interfaces (12 DI, 4 DO, 4 AI, 2 AO), optional PROFIBUS/Modbus TCP communication modules, and a built-in brake unit for rapid deceleration of high-inertia loads. Comprehensive protection functions include overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overheating, phase loss, short circuit, motor thermal protection, and encoder fault detection, ensuring stable operation under complex working conditions. With its compact structure (250×300×220mm), high power density (0.8kW/kg), and robust design, this inverter is ideal for packaging machinery, textile equipment, CNC machine tools, printing machines, and other high-precision drive applications in manufacturing industries.
