Delta VFD13AMS43ANSAA is a compact vector inverter from the AMS series, designed for general-purpose industrial drive applications with three-phase 380–460V input and 13kW rated output power. It utilizes advanced sensorless vector control algorithm that provides stable torque output and accurate speed control (±1% of rated speed) across a wide frequency range (0.1–600Hz) without the need for a speed encoder, reducing system cost and complexity. The inverter integrates a built-in PLC with 100 program steps, a PID regulator for closed-loop control, and 16-step multi-speed operation, enabling independent operation and automatic control of simple processes without external controllers. It features a standard RS485 Modbus RTU communication interface for seamless integration with PLCs, HMIs, or SCADA systems, supporting remote monitoring, parameter modification, and fault alarm functions. Comprehensive electrical protection mechanisms include overcurrent (200% of rated current), overvoltage (DC bus >800V), undervoltage (DC bus <400V), overload (150% for 60s), overheating (IGBT module >100°C), phase loss, short circuit, and electronic thermal protection for motors. With its user-friendly keypad, detachable terminal block, and compact design (200×220×200mm), this inverter is widely used in centrifugal fans, centrifugal pumps, belt conveyors, mixers, and various general automation equipment in food processing, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
